Returns & Refunds

Do you allow refunds/returns?

4D Shopping has a 10-day return policy for New items and 30-day warranty for Open Box/Refurbished items from the date of purchase. Defective items returned during the warranty period will be repaired, exchanged, or given a refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee depending on the type of item and the condition in which it is returned. 4D Outlets reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.

How to make a return?

If you need to make a return, please follow these steps:

1. Box up the item with all its original packing. if you do not have the original packaging, make sure that you enclose the item safely with bubble wrap to protect the item.
2. Enclose the packing receipt or write your information on a piece of paper including Name, Address, and Phone Number, and put the reason for returning the item.
3. Purchase a shipping label through any carrier and attach it right outside of the box. We do not provide any shipping labels. Ship it to:

Please note: You are responsible for the safe return of merchandise. Once we receive your package, we will inspect it to make sure that the item was in the original condition as it was purchased. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process a refund for your item.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?

It may take 4-7 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once we receive your package, we will inspect it to make sure that the item was in the original condition as it was purchased. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied to your account.

 

Order Status

Why was my order canceled?

4D will cancel your order:

1. The billing address does not match the shipping address.
2. Item is out of stock.

How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact our 4D Team Member at (682)-747-5777 if you need assistance canceling or making changes to an order from Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5PM CST. Otherwise, you can email a 4D Team Member at info@4doutlets.com.

Do you do back orders?

No, we do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock a 4D team member will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item, otherwise, out of stock orders will be canceled unless a replacement item is requested. 

 

Payment & Information

Do you accept international credit cards?

We do not accept international credit cards.

Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?

We do not accept cashier's check or money order at this time.

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

4D Outlets is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Texas. If you are shipping to Texas, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We only accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and Paypal.

 

Shipping and Delivery

Can I expedite my shipping?

We do not offer expedited shipping, only standard shipping only.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship to international locations.

How can I track my order?

Once an order has been processed, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just copy the tracking number to UPS or USPS website, depending on who shipped your package to track your package.
